So after a very long, internet-less period of moving house, I am finally back on SL! I’ve got loads of events and new releases lined up for the next month or so, so glad to be back.

First order of business: Fashionably Late. I’ve set out 2 sets of 8 pairs of fun patterned socks for the event. These are currently available exclusively at Fashionably Late and only in this colour.

I’ve also finally got around to putting my releases from The Vintage Fair out in the main store so if you missed that event, you can now find those items at my Atomic Island location.

The Vintage Fair (another wonderful event by the CHIC team!) kicked off November 11th and will be in full swing until December 3rd. The fair is full of lovely one-off bargains and original pieces created just for the fair. As it states in the name, the theme of the fair is vintage/retro with the styles spanning anywhere from the 20′s to the 80′s.

With over 200 brands showcasing atleast one new and exclusive release each, this is an event not to be missed! There is sure to be a little something for the vintage lover in each of us whether it be furniture, clothing, accessories, hair or skin– this event has a bit of everything.

Riddle’s item for the Vintage Fair is something a bit close to my heart. I’ve created the Pussybow Dress pictured here in 12 different colors. This is a piece I’ve been looking for in real life for ages and can’t find the perfect style so I thought, “if I can’t have it in RL.. I’ll have it in SL” lol.

This dress comes on all layers and includes sculpted sleeves, sculpted bow and a flexi skirt. There is also a fatpack availble at a discount of over 50% from the individual price and (as always) Riddle Group Members will receive an additional 20% discount if you purchase the fatpack while wearing your group tag.

This week the theme for Project Themeory is 50′s Sock Hop.

For the event I’ve created 3 sets of 5 pairs of ankle socks with sculpted frills. You can pick them up at the main store for just 75L per pack for the rest of the weekend!

The three packs are as pictured, I’ve tried to put a variety of colors in each pack so you’re not buying a pack with a bunch of different shades of the same colour.

Happy Halloween everyone! Just a quick note to say that I’ve set out another last minute gift in the main store.

Just wear your group tag and click the big black and orange box on the floor to receive the fatpack of socks pictured above. I wanted to do another little something because I love halloween.

Also be sure to pick up the orange and black dress if you haven’t which is still available as well! I know it’s halloween today but I will leave these gifts out for atleast another week to give everyone the chance to grab them since I’ve set them out so late.

I wanted to do a group gift in the spirit of Halloween because it’s one of my favorite holidays, who doesn’t love to get dressed up in all kinds of outfits and costumes you couldn’t get away with any other time of the year?

As a side note, I got a bit carried away playing with the pic in photoshop. The dress is a lot more saturated/brighter in world lol.

The Knitting Circle’s Bake Sale is Halloween themed this month. I’ve set out all the goodies pictured above for just 50L each. Pop over to the bake sale to find some great Halloween finds including full costumes and lots of autumn pieces. The Bake Sale runs from October 23rd until October 29th.

Just a quick note to let everyone know that my 50% off sale will be extended by one day due to time differences and all that jazz. I will be out of town all day/night tomorrow so I’ll be unable to return everything to full price at SL midnight as planned. Don’t forget to stop by and have a poke around, as I said previously I don’t have sales very often and it’s likely that I will be retiring a lot of stock soon due to the arrival of mesh. Riddle is participating in Project Themeory this week with an offering of 5 mesh maxi skirts + cute star printed tops that coordinate. The theme this week is real life to second life with the idea being that participants would take an item from real life and turn it into something in second life. My clothes were inspired by a skirt I found online and a print that I love in real life.

The top and skirt combos are available for just 75L until Sunday at midnight at which time they will be place in the store as seperates for their full price so be sure to stop by and snap them up. If you have yet to try out mesh, this is a cheap opportunity for you to test it out! Please be certain you are using a viewer capable of using mesh before you purchase as there are no refunds. To my knowledge at this point there are several v3 based viewers (LL viewer, Kirsten’s Viewer and Firestorm beta to name a few) and a few old style viewers (Astra and Cool Viewer) that support mesh. As mesh becomes more common place in sl, I will be striving to do more mesh releases.

Also, starting today I am having a my-computer-is-dying-and-screams-in-agony-every-time-I-use-a-v3-based-viewer-so-I-need-a-new-one sale! We’ll call it a 50% off sale for short, much easier to remember xD As of now, all items in the Atomic store are marked down 50%. Fatpacks have also been discounted. The sale runs from now until September 16th. I don’t have sales very often so this is a good opportunity to snap up a few bits on the cheap!

Another session of Fashionably Late begins today. This week Riddle’s item is the striped sweater dress pictured above. For the next week you can find these exclusively on the CHIC sim for the discounted price of just 90L each. Each dress comes on all layers and includes a sculpted mini skirt prim.

My high waisted skirts (previously from Fashionably Late and The Platinum Hunt) are now available in 14 fabulous shades and for the next week you can grab them at the Knitting Circle Bake Sale for half price! As always these skirts come on all layers and include a sculpted mini skirt attachment.

This week also marks the second round of a new event being held by the Knitting Circle. The Knitting Circle’s Bake Sale features many of the creators who’s stores are on the Atomic sims as well as some special guests who are setting out sale items for you in the pavilion on Atomic Island. This event runs for a week and occurs the last week of every month. This week you’ll find these newly released skirts as well as some other goodies for half price. The bake sale begins tonight at midnight so stop by and check it out!
