Pussybow Dresses Exclusively at The Vintage Fair

The Vintage Fair (another wonderful event by the CHIC team!) kicked off November 11th and will be in full swing until December 3rd. The fair is full of lovely one-off bargains and original pieces created just for the fair. As it states in the name, the theme of the fair is vintage/retro with the styles spanning anywhere from the 20’s to the 80’s.

With over 200 brands showcasing atleast one new and exclusive release each, this is an event not to be missed! There is sure to be a little something for the vintage lover in each of us whether it be furniture, clothing, accessories, hair or skin– this event has a bit of everything.

Riddle’s item for the Vintage Fair is something a bit close to my heart. I’ve created the Pussybow Dress pictured here in 12 different colors. This is a piece I’ve been looking for in real life for ages and can’t find the perfect style so I thought, “if I can’t have it in RL.. I’ll have it in SL” lol.

This dress comes on all layers and includes sculpted sleeves, sculpted bow and a flexi skirt. There is also a fatpack availble at a discount of over 50% from the individual price and (as always) Riddle Group Members will receive an additional 20% discount if you purchase the fatpack while wearing your group tag.

Fashionably Late + Halloween Group Gift

I wanted to do a group gift in the spirit of Halloween because it’s one of my favorite holidays, who doesn’t love to get dressed up in all kinds of outfits and costumes you couldn’t get away with any other time of the year?

This year I’ve set out a big orange and black box on the counter in the front room at the main store containing the orange and black striped dress pictured above. Just activate your group tag and click on the box to receive your gift.

As a side note, I got a bit carried away playing with the pic in photoshop. The dress is a lot more saturated/brighter in world lol.

New Releases and The Knitting Circle Bake Sale

My high waisted skirts (previously from Fashionably Late and The Platinum Hunt) are now available in 14 fabulous shades and for the next week you can grab them at the Knitting Circle Bake Sale for half price! As always these skirts come on all layers and include a sculpted mini skirt attachment.

This week also marks the second round of a new event being held by the Knitting Circle. The Knitting Circle’s Bake Sale features many of the creators who’s stores are on the Atomic sims as well as some special guests who are setting out sale items for you in the pavilion on Atomic Island. This event runs for a week and occurs the last week of every month. This week you’ll find these newly released skirts as well as some other goodies for half price. The bake sale begins tonight at midnight so stop by and check it out!

The Platinum Hunt

CHIC Management is putting on another fantastic event! The Platinum Hunt Deux began today and runs til August 31st. There’s a boatload of really great shops included in this hunt, definitely worth checking out. You can get all the info as well as hints on CHIC’s blog. Mine shouldn’t be too hard to find, a little hint from me: sit down and put your feet up in the main room, there’s coffee and snacks on the table ^^

The full outfit pictured above is my offering for this event. Inside the little tiffany blue box you will find a pair of retro glasses with white stripe detailing in grey, a special version of my unreleased high waisted skirt in black as well as a grey lace detailed mini tank.
